Marathon presentation
THE Malta marathon is one of the most interesting tests for combine your passion for running and discovery of a dazzling island steeped in history.
Whether it is the half or the Malta marathon, the departures are located on Mdina hill, right inland from the island to end along the gentle Mediterranean coast and arrive in the heart of Sliema. If you want to run as a group, this is the perfect configuration to share the same experience while having a personal sporting challenge based on your own objectives. Accompanists will appreciate thearrival at the seaside of a seaside town.
The organizers of the Malta Marathon have planned a route passing through many of the most beautiful cities of the republic such as: Rabat, Mtarfa, Ta'Qali, Mosta, Attard, Pieta or Gzira. You will be able to appreciate its architecture at the confluence of the East and the West like the citadel of Mdina.
Despite its negative altitude difference of 200m, this challenge will remain a test that you will be proud to have succeeded.
