Race registration formalities
- Âge minimum au marathon : 18 ans
- Registration fees: see the PRICES section
- Have an athletics license from the French Athletics Federation or any other European federation recognized by the marathon organization.
- OR, Have a Italian RunCard (15€) as well as a medical certificate according to Italian standards
- Signer l’attestation de décharge des organisateurs. Vous disposez des mêmes services mais serrez classé par noms et non par temps. Votre temps vous sera envoyé individuellement avec votre diplôme. Si vous n’êtes pas licencié, c’est la solution que nous préconisons. Il s’agit de la plus simple pour vous.
Marathon presentation
Run the Rome marathon is the opportunity to discover this historic city that makes the whole world dream.
With its departure and arrival in front of the Colosseum, Run Rome The Marathon sets the scene for the race. What follows is an abundance of monuments, testimony to its ancient past and the cradle of Christianity. Whether ruins, palaces, fountains, churches and many others, let yourself be charmed by the most beautiful things the Italian capital has to offer until you reach the finish line of the Rome marathon. You will notably enjoy the squares of Spagna, del Popolo, Navona, Venezia or even the Foro Italico mosque and the Vatican. The difficulties that you may encounter in certain places of the route will quickly be forgotten by the beauty of the capital and the monuments that you will have the opportunity to cross.
To support you in your challenge, the marathon organization has invited pace-setting athletes. Their mission will be to help you complete your marathon in a time ranging from 2h40 to 6h. There is therefore something for all levels, whether you are a beginner in the non-stadium discipline or an experienced runner. As for refreshments, stands will be present every 5 kilometers of the course and will vary between water, energy drinks, fruit and biscuits.
In order to keep an indelible memory of this day, the race volunteers will give you a medal once you have crossed the finish line 🙂
Convenience, we guarantee your bib which will be given to you directly at the marathon expo at the same time as the event T-shirt. We take care of your registration for the race. You will need to provide a medical certificate, the instructions of which will be communicated to you later. That you are runner as a guide, benefit from the advice of our passionate running team to better understand your race, find the best places to encourage or take advantage of good addresses. You will be captivated by the charm of this historic city.

IMPORTANT :
Registrations for a double room to share are accepted provided that other people express the same desire. Otherwise, the traveler concerned will have to pay for the trip on the basis of the single room

Elle vous permettra d’explorer ficelement la ville. Si vous préférez marcher, vous pourrez rejoindre le colisée en 35min depuis l’hôtel (13min en transport). Son emplacement est donc idéal pour découvrir les merveilles de la capitale ainsi que le départ et l’arrivée de la course à pied. De quoi rendre votre séjour marathon confortable.
