Marathon presentation
THE Quebec marathon will take place in October 2024 to give you the best time to run. Neither too hot nor too cold, a Quebecer will tell you. The organization offers 3 courses so that everyone can find their own discipline. Beyond the traditional 42.195 km, you have the possibility of participating in a half-marathon or a 10 km.
THE departure of the Quebec SSQ marathon will take place in old Quebec, boulevard René Levesque. You will have the opportunity to run in the city center with the backdrop, parliament, Château Frontenac, Notre de Dame basil of Quebec and others before joining the Saint Charles bank. Subsequently, you will reach the banks of the St. Lawrence River before returning to town and passing the line to arrive on the main aisle E and its intersection with rue de la Chevrotière. With his route containing some elevation changes, you will be delighted with your performance and your medal given at the finish.
You prefer a shorter distance, the organization also offers a half-marathon as well as a 10 km. The departures and arrivals are located at the same place as for the marathon. With almost 10,000 participants, this sporting event attracts more and more running enthusiasts each year. A T-shirt is given to everyone the participants.

An incomparable hotel located in the city center, just opposite the marathon village, the Le Delta hotel enjoys an exceptional strategic location. The establishment is also recognized by its customers as having the comfort and ideal location for a Quebec stay. Located 700m from the old town, you can do everything easily on foot from the Hotel.
The establishment offers quality service. You can have a coffee while enjoying the view of the swimming pool or its garden. Located 500m from the finish of the marathon, you can easily return to rest or enjoy a nice hot shower.
