Marathon presentation
Running le marathon de Chicago 2025 est le summum success for athletes of all levels, both elites and amateur runners. On race day, more than 100 nations are represented. Each participant will see their dream come true as they cross the finish line in Grant Park.
The BANK OF AMERICA CHICAGO MARATHON is one of the most popular on the planet and is in the top six World Marathon, “Abbott World Majors” which since 2006 has brought together the six biggest marathons for winning the famous medal : New York, Berlin, Chicago, London, Tokyo and Boston.
Being part of fastest courses in the world, many runners crowd at the start and finish of the marathon with the aim of beat their personal best. Her tour in the city center will allow you to discover different atmospheres of the city. For the start of the marathon, you are in the heart of Grant Park to follow the shores of the famous Lake Michigan. Afterwards, you will run through the Chinatown districts, the Italian and Korean ones, to return to the city center and finish again in the famous city park. A real concentrate of cultural mix over 42,195 km to consume without moderation 🙂
If you are accompanying, you will be able to take part in the crowd of more than 1 million spectators present all along the route which gives the Chicago marathon its very special atmosphere. An experience to live for any running enthusiast!
On a practical level, a group meeting will be offered to you to accompany you to the marathon expo in order to remove your bib which will define your starting airlock as well as your T-shirt of the event. You also have the opportunity to participate in a 5 km race the day before in the city center. It could be a good warm-up for the marathon or a good running experience in this great city.

Departure Thursday, Oct. 10 from Paris-CDG at 11:15 a.m., arrival in Chicago at 12:50 p.m.
Return from Chicago on Tuesday October 15 at 6:10 p.m., arriving at Paris-CDG at 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday October 16.
Schedules are indicative and subject to change.
This price includes :
– A/R transportation, direct United Airlines flights
– City tour with a French-speaking guide.
– Accommodation: 5 nights at the 5-star Sofitel hotel
– Airport/hotel/airport bus transfers
– Assistance from our guides as well as their on-site advice
– A backpack with a Planet Tours t-shirt in the colors of France will be offered

– Quadruple rooms have 2 double beds, triple rooms have a double bed and a single bed. They are only offered to people who know each other well or to families.
