Lisbon Marathon
Come run the 2025 Lisbon Marathon. With its almost flat course along the banks of the Tagus River, you’ll enjoy your run, which will take you 42.195 km to the gates of Lisbon, the lively city in southern Portugal. The marathon’s finish line is scheduled for the beautiful Plaza del Comercio, facing the banks that run along the city. Prefer a shorter distance? No problem, the Lisbon Half Marathon, with its 8.5 km, is also available.

Marathon Overview
The EDP Lisbon Marathon takes place in October to take advantage of ideal weather conditions for an ideal course. It starts in Cascais, on the outskirts of Lisbon. The course runs along one of the most beautiful coastal roads and its sea air, finishing in the historic center of the capital. Take advantage of this running race to discover the Tagus from a different perspective. Finally, you’ll cross the finish line in Lisbon’s Commerce Square. A fitting end to this very popular event.
As for the Lisbon Half Marathon and Mini Marathon (8.5 km), as they like to call it, their starting line is located on the famous Vasco da Gama Bridge. It is the longest bridge in Portugal and more generally in Europe. It will allow you to enjoy an incomparable view of the megalopolis.
These circuits were designed to highlight this sublime city which attracts more and more French runners every year!
On a practical level, T-shirts and bibs will be available for collection at the marathon expo, no later than the day before the race. The marathon organizers are offering a pasta party as an option. To get to the start of the Lisbon Marathon, the city offers free public transport within the city upon presentation of your bib. This is valid from 6:15 a.m. on race day.

2025 Rates
Departure from Orly – Regular flight
Departure on TAP – Paris-Orly at 10:20 a.m., arrival in Lisbon at 11:55 a.m.
Return from Lisbon at 6:10 p.m., arrival at Paris-Orly at 9:40 p.m.

Deposit of half the trip to be paid upon booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 75 days before departure.

A convenience store is located next door. In the hotel lobby, you will have coffee and hot tea available. For non-runners, you can add breakfast directly at the hotel for €10 per person)

IMPORTANT :
On Sundays, rooms must be vacated by 12:30 p.m. After this deadline, the hotel will charge you for an additional night.
If you are traveling alone, bookings for shared double rooms are accepted, provided other guests express the same desire. If this is not the case, the traveller concerned will have to pay for the trip on the basis of a single room.
This option is for people who wish to travel on their own (airport/hotel transfers not included).

We’ve selected the 4-star LX Boutique Hotel for you. It boasts an ultra-central location. Located at the foot of Pink Street and its many attractions, it allows you to reach several points of interest on foot, such as Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais do Sodré, and Baixa Pombalina.
For running events, you’ll be staying just 600m from the finish line. To reach the marathon start, the train station is 150m away.
Renovated in the purest Lisbon style, you’ll enjoy the comfort of a 4-star hotel. The city’s history is reflected throughout this establishment.
To top it all off, our packages include a buffet breakfast (Friday and Sunday mornings), providing even more comfort during your stay. On the day of the marathon, the restaurant won’t open early enough, so you can buy something to eat the day before (bananas, energy bars, etc.). A store is located right next to the hotel.
