In addition to its lively, upbeat atmosphere, London’s most famous landmarks are on your route from the start of this popular race, including Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, the Tower of London, Westminster, the London Eye, Big Ben and the River Thames on the final kilometers. The finish line, in Saint James Park next to Buckingham Palace, is a fitting end to your experience. So British!
The Virgin Money London Marathon is one of the six marathons that make up the Abbott World Marathon Majors, alongside Berlin, Boston, Chicago, New York, and Tokyo.
